How Shipping Works:
This That Those and These is a multi-vendor marketplace. Each vendor sets their own shipping rates and handles their own shipping.
Shipping Options:
**Vendor Shipped**: Vendor ships directly to you (costs vary by vendor) **Local Pickup**: Pick up from vendor's location (if offered) **Hub Pickup**: Pick up from our Authorized Hub locations for large/consignment items
Shipping Timeframes:
- Vendors must ship within 3-5 business days
- You'll receive tracking info via email
- Delivery times vary by location and carrier
Shipping Costs:
- Calculated at checkout based on item size/weight and your location
- Set individually by each vendor
- Free shipping offered by some vendors (check product page)
Large Items & Consignment:
- Items over 50 lbs or oversized furniture ship from Authorized Hubs
- Buyer arranges pickup or local delivery
- Shipping assistance available at hub locations

Refund Policy
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Our Promise:
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not satisfied, we'll make it right.
Return Policy: **14-Day Returns**: Return items within 14 days of delivery **Condition**: Items must be in original condition (unused, undamaged) **Proof of Purchase**: Order number required
How to Return:
1. Contact the vendor through your order page or email support@thisthatthoseandthese.com
2. Explain the issue and provide photos if applicable
3. Receive return shipping instructions
4. Ship item back (buyer pays return shipping unless item is defective)
5. Refund processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item
Refunds:
- Refunds go back to your original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are buyer's responsibility (unless item is defective/wrong)
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
Exchanges:
- Exchanges handled case-by-case
- Contact vendor to arrange exchange
- If item is defective, we cover return shipping
- If you want a different size/color, you'll pay return shipping
Non-Returnable Items:
Consignment/Hub pickup items (all sales final - inspect before purchase) Custom or personalized items Perishable goods Digital downloads
Damaged or Defective Items:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Send photos of damage
- We'll send replacement or full refund (including shipping)
- We cover all costs for our mistakes
Auction Items:
- All auction sales are final unless item is materially misrepresented
- Inspect auction items carefully before bidding
- Questions? Ask vendor before bidding
Local Pickup/Hub Items:
- Inspect items at pickup
- All sales final once item leaves hub
- No returns on local pickup items
