Return Policy:
**14-Day Returns**: Return items within 14 days of delivery
**Condition**: Items must be in original condition (unused, undamaged)
**Proof of Purchase**: Order number required
How to Return:
1. Contact the vendor through your order page or email support@thisthatthoseandthese.com
2. Explain the issue and provide photos if applicable
3. Receive return shipping instructions
4. Ship item back (buyer pays return shipping unless item is defective)
5. Refund processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item
Refunds:
- Refunds go back to your original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are buyer's responsibility (unless item is defective/wrong)
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
Exchanges:
- Exchanges handled case-by-case
- Contact vendor to arrange exchange
- If item is defective, we cover return shipping
- If you want a different size/color, you'll pay return shipping
Non-Returnable Items:
Consignment/Hub pickup items (all sales final - inspect before purchase)
Custom or personalized items
Perishable goods
Digital downloads
Damaged or Defective Items:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Send photos of damage
- We'll send replacement or full refund (including shipping)
- We cover all costs for our mistakes
Auction Items:
- All auction sales are final unless item is materially misrepresented
- Inspect auction items carefully before bidding
- Questions? Ask vendor before bidding
Local Pickup/Hub Items:
- Inspect items at pickup
- All sales final once item leaves hub
- No returns on local pickup items
